How It Works

• To begin, users must register with their mobile phone number and provide the required information, including their address. Following registration, access to the app is granted, allowing users to manage their delivery transactions and activities linked to their mobile number. Should you need to change your mobile number, please reach out to our support team.
• If you have been a customer since the start, your mobile number is already stored in our system. You can register using this existing number to see all your previous activities.

Features

• The Home screen displays the total number of outgoing and incoming shipments alongside a shortcut menu for Requesting Pickup Orders, Tracking, COD Statements, Pricing Checker, COD Receivable Dashboard, and Reward Redemption.
• The "To Me" screen presents a list of shipments (identified by AWB numbers) that are being delivered to you, complete with shipment details and real-time status updates. Here, users can track the delivery status using their AWB number and modify delivery dates and addresses as needed.
• The "From Me" screen showcases AWBs for shipments dispatched from your location, similarly providing shipment information and real-time status. Users can check delivery pricing and submit pick-up requests by filling in a designated form. Additionally, draft shipment orders can be created to send to recipients, which then require a corresponding pick-up order for our courier service.
• The COD Receivable screen offers a dashboard summarizing the total amount of COD to be received or already received, along with detailed shipment lists.
• The COD Statement screen lists the collected COD amounts for each shipment, including payment dates and statuses.
• The Reward Redemption screen enumerates the available rewards that can be claimed using points accrued through usage.

Software Terms of Service

• Registration: Accurate data must be provided during registration, including your address. Changes to your mobile number require contacting us for updates. By registering, you consent to receive text messages or phone calls containing confirmation codes.
• Data Policy: After registration, your mobile phone number and associated information will be recorded in our system. This also applies to recipients' information based on your usage of app functions. Users are responsible for accessing their data and making necessary updates concerning rewards, ratings, or discounts.
• Acceptable Use: Services must be accessed solely for legal and authorized purposes. Users must refrain from actions that infringe upon the rights of BeeXprss or that exploit or impair our services or systems through unauthorized access or distribution of harmful software.
• Rights: All copyrights, trademarks, domains, logos, and other intellectual property rights related to our services are owned by us. Usage of these rights without our permission is prohibited unless explicitly allowed.
